Order Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order. During this time, our skilled team carefully prepares and packages your exquisite hand-knotted rug for safe transit from our facility in Kabul to your doorstep.
We have partnered with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure secure and efficient shipping. Your rug will be shipped from Kabul and handled by our shipping partner in Dubai for global delivery.
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all countries, with the exception of Australia and New Zealand. Due to zone 3 shipping surcharges from most shipping companies, a small additional fees will apply for deliveries to these two countries.
Your rug is a piece of art, and we treat it as such. Our shipping partners work diligently to deliver your rug within 14 to 21 days. This timeframe allows us to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your hand-knotted rug as it makes its way to you. Rest assured, our team and shipping partners are committed to delivering your purchase promptly and securely.
While we endeavor to accommodate all of our valued customers, there may be instances when shipping to certain regions is not possible due to legal, logistical, or customs-related restrictions. In such cases, our customer support team will promptly notify you and assist with finding alternative solutions. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Please note that customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer. While orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom typically do not require customs clearance, shipments to other countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the rug and we will issue a full refund without any deduction.
We accept returns for rugs that are incorrect, damaged, or if you simply don’t like it. Our priority is to ensure you are happy with your investment.
Please initiate the return process within 14 days of delivery. This ensures that we can promptly address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.
