Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. As part of our goal of connecting customers to Afghan artisans, we ship to any country that FedEx and DHL support.

Currently, DHL & FedEx does not operate in Afghanistan, so we ship customers’ orders to Pakistan and from Pakistan via DHL Express shipping to our customers’ doorstep.

We will provide a DHL shipping number for your order.

How much Does the shipping cost?

Depending on the weight of the rug, the shipping cost is different for each rug. You can check the shipping cost of a carpet on the cart page. We also ship via air freight which costs much less than express shipping. Please get in touch with us if you want your order to be shipped via air freight.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be processed and be ready for shipping in one to two business days after receiving the payment. It will take two to three days to ship your rug to DHL in Pakistan. DHL ships customers’ orders within 4 to 7 business days.

In simple terms the total delivery time can be 10 to 16 days.

Depending on the country you live in, you might need to go to customs, but generally, no customs clearance is required if you live in the USA or EU zone.

Cancelation

We happily accept order cancelation. You can cancel your order anytime before the shipping process is initiated. We will return the total amount without any deduction.

If your order is out for delivery and you want to cancel your order, you need to return the rug after receiving it, and we will refund your full payment.

What’s your return policy?

We understand that buying a hand-knotted rug is a significant decision, and sometimes, when you physically check the carpet, you may not like it. But don’t worry, we got you covered.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return it. Just notify us within seven days after the arrival of your order. We will process the refund without any deduction after receiving the rug in its original condition.

You can return the rug and receive a full refund or exchange it with another carpet If;

  • Received the wrong product
  • Received damaged product
  • Or simply don’t like the rug after checking it physically.
